You can easily convert a sheet of Excel with numbers to a sheet full of barcode labels. Auto-updating barcodes by using Excel formulas is a nice feature. Barcodes in Word can be created in Word by merging data from some other source such as an Excel sheet. Clicking “selection to barcode” button will help convert a cell value to a barcode. This automatically formats the text, calculates the check digit, and changes font name and size using your predefined settings before creating the label.

In Microsoft Access you could use the included functions to create reports with barcodes based on your data tables or queries.
